❝I try to ask questions rather than only stating facts. What do you think happened to all the female gods? Why, in some countries, aren’t girls allowed to go to school? Why do you think there isn’t a female president? Are men posing in pictures in the same way as women? And if not, why? What do you think that lyric means? Everything is an opportunity to ask a question. And, sometimes I am floored by her responses.❞

Olivia Campbell:

"THIGHS GLORIOUS THIGHS!!

There’s was a time that I hated my fat thighs.
There is just no hiding them they protrude from my body from every angle. Years of being called thunder thighs didn’t help my self loathing! But one day I stood in front of a mirror naked and realised they are indeed thunderous and they are the biggest part of my body, but they are also powerful, beautiful and sexy as f*ck! They soon became one of my favourite parts of my body & I now flaunt them as often as I possibly can!

The point being that it really all comes down to how you perceive yourself. If you look in the mirror everyday and call yourself fat and ugly or berate yourself for being too skinny or to tall to short ect you will never get out of that head space. All you have to do is change your own perception of yourself you are in the driving seat of your own life.

All that matters is that you love yourself. Other peoples perceptions and opinions of you are pretty irrelevant as long as you are happy and healthy. When I changed my perception it changed my life. It made me love myself more and the take better care of my body - I eat cleaner and keep my thighs gloriously thunderous in the gym.

So seize the the day, change your perceptions and learn to love every part of your body because, as Drake once said, YOLO”

Weapon, 2013, Liv Thurley, Underwear, Pins
The piece is titled ‘Weapon’ as one day I overheard a conversation between a group of boys discussing pubic hair on girls. One of them exclaimed that he would never sleep with a girl who has hair down below, inspiring the brutal title and use of materials (pins, underwear).

masterpiece of song and video

this one is super catchy, but they sound sort of sucky live. DISAPPOINTING

Sleep is for fools/foals.

I have so many important things to tell you, but you are too far away to hear them.
